Great Recipe:
Sangia Cocktail Pie
1-Pillsbury Refridgerated Pie Crust
2-Cups Raspberry Sherbet, softened
2-Containers (6oz) Yoplait Fat Free Raspberry yogurt
1 cup frozen(thawed) Raspberries
1/2 cup sangria
Heat oven to 450, Place pie crust in ungreased 9-inch pie plate. Press crust firmly against sides and bottom. Bake 9-11 minutes until light brown. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Mix Sherbert, yogurt, raspberries and sangria until blended. Spoon into crust and freeze. Let stand room temp. 10 min. before cutting. Garnish each serving with fresh raspberries.
